The Stakeholder Consortium had its first meeting on November 7, 2018 in Farmingdale, NY.
Meeting Objectives:
- Introduce Consortium members to the project purpose and deliverables
- Adopt a charter that governs how the Consortium will work together and with the Leadership Team
- Share findings from interviews with Consortium members and others that shaped the project
- Get initial feedback from the Consortium on the proposed workplan and timeline
- To provide an opportunity for Consortium members to get to know each other
